In the tests within {{TestNameNodeProvidedImplementation}}, the files that are
supposed to belong to a provided volume are not located under the Storage
directory assigned to the volume in {{MiniDFSCluster}}. With HDFS-12091, this
isn't correct and thus, it breaks the tests. This JIRA is to fix the tests
under {{TestNameNodeProvidedImplementation}}.
