Hi Wei, thanks for working on this! A single review comment:
* I notice there's still an old reference to XOR-64k in TestDistCpUtils
Toggling the JIRA status doesn't retrigger precommit, you'd need to re-upload
the same patch. I ran a few of the failed tests and saw that they succeeded.
Hoping it's just a flake.
