Thanks [~andrew.wang] for the explanation. Got it. Suggest a minor change of
the comment text: "Parity cells are of the length of the longest data cells"
Another message clarifying: "Full stripe length can't be greater than file
length" => "... greater than the block group length"
In the new function you have two similar {{for}} blocks. It's possible to
refactor the codes and just share the same one if you would save block numBytes
in an array (instead of the ArrayList) and reuse the array.
