Thanks for updating the patch [~cheersyang].
I can understand the complexity involved, and I can't think of alternative
proposal now.
In this case can we rename {{KsmKeyBlocks}} & {{DeleteKeyBlocksResult}} to
something like {{BlockGroup}} & {{DeleteBlockGroupResult}} and move it from ksm
to scm package.
I'm ok with doing the above change in a follow up jira as well.
