Arpit Agarwal updated HDFS-10391:
---------------------------------
       Resolution: Fixed
Hadoop Flags: Incompatible change,Reviewed (was: Incompatible change)
    Fix Version/s: 3.0.0-beta1
Release Note: The NameNode service RPC port is enabled by default. This
port is used by the NameNode to accept non-client requests i.e. requests from
other HDFS services namely the DataNodes, ZooKeeper Failover Controllers and
the Secondary NameNode. The default service RPC port is 9840. It can be changed
via the configuration key dfs.namenode.servicerpc-address.
           Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)

I've committed this to trunk. Thanks for the contribution [~GergelyNovak] and
for the review [~xyao].
