After a rebase of HDFS-10467, the {{TestNamenodeHeartbeat}} started failing for
JIRAs like HDFS-12273. The reason why this showed is the way that service
address was resolved has changed in trunk. However, the {{RouterDFSCluster}}
should've set this address correctly.
