That sounds good to me, in related discussion in HDFS-12454, we agree that we
should enforce user to setup {{ozone.ksm.address}} explicitly. Can you
illustrate how it looks like with this approach? The stack trace comparing to
before and after that patch will be helpful. Thanks.
