I know what is happening, but you are right. That statement is weird.
bq. 15 of out of total 1 nodes have reported in.
if we are out of Chill mode, how about we write
{{Node Manager: Chill mode status: Out of chill mode. 15 nodes have reported
in.}}
However, if we are not out of Chill mode, we can have the same line as today.
That is we need an {{if}} check to print this statement correctly.
