[~cheersyang], for time being plan is to use and test it for Ozone as it has
much smaller config set. Once it works well for Ozone, may be can port it to
trunk for HDFS and Yarn configs as well. This idea is originally from [~anu].
He can shed more light on its usage around Ozone.
