Thanks for the feedback, [~anu]

In this patch:

1. I simplified the documentation according to your suggestion. (I just added 
the docker-compose scale command at the end as I think this is one of the 
selling point. I really like this command). Later I will create a separated 
OzoneDocker page with the more details. (maybe after collecting feedback from 
the first adopters.).

2. I fixed the name of ozone.metadata.dirs as you suggested.

3. I added the rpc.metrics.quantile.* settings. It's better to see the metrics 
by default.

4. Modifed the datanode.id and metadata dir to use /data (which is volume, so 
more persistent)
