* I changed the order in {{DFSConfigKeys}}
* The methods in {{RouterDFSCluster}} will be useful in the future. Removing
them for now.
* Fixed {{index.html}}.
* The methods in {{RouterHttpServer}} are for the servlets which I will push in
the future. Removed them for now.
* All the {{createXX()}} methods in these services (e.g., {{ResourceManager}})
are usually protected. I guess is because of the service pattern.
Great observation on the page being slow when the subcluster is slow.
I added a timeout for such methods.
