bq. Sorry I don't fully get your second point.
Your understanding is correct. My point was regarding some past bugs like
HDFS-9470 where fsimage was handled differently than edits, so ideally we want
more coverage for sanity. We could defer this to a separate jira though, since
it's not really an OIV case.
