bq. I guess you could create a HdfsKMSUtil in the hdfs project.
Created HdfsKMSUtil class in hdfs-client package.
Since we have kms util class in hdfs-client package, I took liberty to remove
couple of kms related methods from DFSUtilClient class.
1. DFSUtilClient#createKeyProvider --> This is called only from {{FSNameSystem}}
2. DFSUtilClient#setKeyProviderUriKeyName --> Deleted this method since no-one
was calling this method.
