Hi [~bharatviswa], I looked into the latest change of config file.
We should make change as following:
* ozone.ksm.handler.count.key = 20 (HDFS-12262)
* ozone.scm.container.provision_batch_size=20 (HDFS-12387)
We only need to update xml property value of this two settings.
