Scenario:
Set the EC policy for Dir
Write a file and check the EC policy for that file
Unset the EC policy for the above Dir
Check the policy for the file.
Actual Output:
==============
Still having the EC policy for a file
Expected Output:
================
Inside the Dir all files release the EC policy when we do unset the top level
Dir.
