Summary: Use yarn application -kill and kill by rm webpage the app
information cannot log to userlogs directory so jobhistory cannot display it.

Environment: Use `yarn application -kill` can successfully kill the
job but the app information cannot generate into
the "/userlogs/history/done_intermediate". So the jobhistory cannot display the
job information.
But, use `yarn application -kill` can work well.
