Similar kind of fix I have provided in HDFS-12834 jira.
Later noticed there is a jira opened already for this issue.
Provided a patch which will apply to latest trunk.
As to make jira status to PATCH AVAILABLE, it is not allowing me with out
assigning, so assigned to myself to do that.
