For the last trunk patch, following tests failed.

Still have one checkstyle warning not addressed.
I think this would be the last patch for the trunk. {{HDFS-12396.007.patch}}.
I have wasted enough pre-commit resources for the day.
This is the last patch for the day.
Will upload branch-2 and branch-2.8 patches tomorrow.
