I didn't find these logic in trunk, is this merged in trunk?

Do you mean we can let each mount table have their own ACL like files and
directories? I suggest we file another JIRA to track this and close this one. I
will start looking into this and filling new JIRA to describe more details for
ACLs to the Mount Table management.
