[~linyiqun], tested it in our cluster and a couple comments:
* In {{MountTable}}, the new {{if}} added, should have a space (I'm surprised
that the checkstyle didn't call this out)
* For entries created before where the {{QuotaUsage}} of the {{MountTable}} are
not set, it returns {{null}}. This is probably OK, but then in the Web UI and
the admin tool, it shows as {{null}}. Those should consider this situation and
show something more user-friendly.
