Thanks for working on this [~bharatviswa].

The patch LGTM. I have a few comments:
 * Can you please add a short description for the new InterQJournal protocol 
classes (refer to the corresponding QJournal classes).
 * {{The getEditLogFromJournal}} method name gives the idea that we are getting 
the edit logs from the journal whereas we are getting only the edit log 
manifest. Can you please rename this and corresponding methods to reflect that. 
 * In {{JournalNodeSyncer}}, can you remove all the references to 
QJournalProtocols as we are not using them anymore. I see one method 
{{convertJournalId()}} which is still using QJournalProtocol but this method is 
not used and can be removed.
