[^HDFS-12512.003.patch] looks very clean now.
Do you want to do the refactoring changes ({{NameNodeHttpServer}} and
{{NamenodeWebHdfsMethods}}) in a different JIRA? I'm fine doing it in this one.
Then there are a bunch of not needed changes and style changes.
Other than that I think this is it.
