I just found a machine with E5530 (Gainestown), which also supports SSE 4.2. I
will do more experiments there. Putting 4 and 5 won't do any harm, but I want
to make sure going from 60% to 2.5X was not because of something else that we
can improve for boxes without SSE 4.2 support.
