@Wei-Chiu Chuang. This patch maybe necessary because of me. I inherited an
encryption key mid-build. HTTPS_TLS_AES 🔑 be exact. Couldn't exactly give it
back. So I've been studying policies for the past year ever since. All roads
have led back to Apache, Python, Bradner RFC 2119, plus various issues ever
since. Which brings this issue to HDFSS-11445. This particular key has resulted
in a needed implementation in policy for resolving conflicts. I personally
apologize for disrupting your work. Needed a 2.7 build. Didn't realize it would
open a resolved issue. Better clairification can be found in [RFC] General
Working Group 7154, "NON" Working Group/refs/ref-bcp54.txt. Obsoletes: 3184. I
will check my notes. But should match and explain all things Vectors and why
I'm here.
