The "Safe Mode" icon under tab "Subclusters" --> "Nameservice Information" may
also need to be changed. But I have little confused here, does nameservice also
has the 4 states (Active,Standby, Safe mode, Unavailable) like NameNode.
One more icon needs to change is the "Decommissioned" icon under tab
"Datanodes", which can be the same as current what we use in the NameNode WebUI.
