Status: Patch Available (was: Open)
Overview of the changes:
1. Most of the content is just rename/move from hadoop-common/hadoop-hdfs to
separated subprojects
2. Datanode components are started as ServicePlugins
3. webhdfs/ozone container rest api has been separated (but the same netty
based code is used)
4. Some small utility classes are splited because the dependency chain
