This is a work in progress mvn patch for hdfs. pom is very basic; can be used
for compilation and mvn installation of source/test jars.
How to apply the patch:
untar the tgz to the trunk/hdfs dir execute the hdfs-new-dir-layout.sh script.
this script should take care of the dir arrangement and placing the pom file.
Following mvn goals works at the moment.
install
compile
package
