The Yetus run for [^HDFS-12723.002.patch] was clean and after testing locally
the unit test passes consistently.
Even though this test is pretty heavy and slow, this will be an improvement and
will remove one spurious failed unit test.
+1
If nobody is against, I'll commit this tomorrow.
Meanwhile, we can work on making it leaner in HDFS-13285.
