Hi [~James C], thanks for your comments and the confirmation.
My environment is below. I didn't use {{./start-build-env.sh}}. I will
investigate the difference further.
- OS: centos 7.3
- CMake: 3.6.3
- Java: 1.8.0_162
- Maven: 3.5.2
- Protoc: 2.5.0
