Currently on Windows, while running tests of TestWriteToReplica, only 1 of the
6 will pass, the others fail due to accessing the same path to build
MiniDFSCluster, however, each test can pass if it runs alone.
The change in the patch generate randomized path for miniDFS base dir, so there
won't be conflict between test cases, and with it they can pass while run at
the same time.
