Attached [^HDFS-13248.001.patch] which follows the {{CallerContext}} approach.
I tried to do a unit test but not sure how to fake different addresses and
check inside the static classes.
I would have to mock a few static fields.
I tested checking the logs and it works but if anybody has ideas, I would
appreciate it.
