Thx [~xyao] the review.
I renamed the OzoneHttpServer. I named it as BaseHttpServer as this is a base
class for all the *HttpServer which usually contains the raw, unmodified
HttpServer2 reference (HttpServer vs HttpServer2 would be confusing).
