Thanks [~nandakumar131], for the review. I see the clusterId as well as the
DatanodeUuid are optional fields in SCMRegisteredCmdResponseProto as well.
Currently, all these fields are set to empty String if the register command
response contain these fields. In such cases, should we change the handling for
all these fields as suggested?
