When {{ozone}} is enabled and {{HddsDatanodeService}} plugin is configured,
datanode should load {{HddsDatanodeService}} plugin and start Hdds services. We
have to add unit test case inside {{hadoop/hadoop-ozone/integration-test}}
using {{MiniDFSCluster}} to verify the following scenarios
* HddsDatanodeService is loaded as part of datanode startup.
* run Freon test against {{MiniDFSCluster}} and validate the data that has
been written.
