Thanks for the work Eddy.
LGTM overall. It seems we cannot unit test remote bytes easily, same as all
existing tests - so I think it should be fine.
+1 pending a typo fix in the test name {{testStatisticsForEresureCodingRead}}:
s/Eresure/Erasure/g
