NN does not have REST API for admin commands.
I have a scenario where I need to perform router admin operations but only
HTTPS calls are allowed. This is why I was thinking to add REST for router
admin operations.
I am not sure if admin operation REST can be useful as a router feature. If it
is useful as router feature I can submit a patch.
