Thanks for the patch [~ajayydv]. Could you please a couple of test cases just
for HdfsFileStatus to verify that:
# If policy is present but ecPolicyName is null, then non-null name is returned.
# If policy is absent, and ecPolicyName is present, then non-null name is
returned.
# If both are null, then null is returned.
