Summary: Fix libhdfs++ doxygen build

Currently, the doxygen build for libhdfs++ doesn't include all of the necessary
source directories. In addition, the build does not generate the actual html
documentation. So the fix is to include all the required source directories
when generating the doxyfile, and then add maven for generating the html
documentation.
