In patch v02, updated the command to "{{-upgrade <query | finalize>".}}
{{-upgrade query}} gives the upgradeStatus as shown above and {{-upgrade
finalize}} is equivalent to {{-finalizeUpgrade}}.
Made the change to be consistent with {{-rollingUpgrade}}.
