TestHDFSFileSystemContract|https://builds.apache.org/job/hadoop-trunk-win/476/testReport/org.apache.hadoop.hdfs/TestHDFSFileSystemContract/],
TestHDFSFileSystemContract fails on Windows starting from
TestHDFSFileSystemContract #testAppend timeout, locking directory path for
MiniDFSCluster for the following tests.
