Description: {{TestGenerateOzoneRequiredConfigurations}} uses current
directory (.) as its output location which generates {{ozone-site.xml}} file in
the directory from where the test-cases is executed. Insead we should use
{{GenericTestUtils#getTempPath}} to get the output directory for test-cases.
