Found an issue when Namenode is rollingUpgraded from 2.x to 3.x. Namenode
restart fails while replaying the edit logs created after the upgrade and
before finalizing the upgrade. These edit logs have the old layout version (to
support downgrade) but the new format of transactions (with the EC bit). Hence
replaying them crashes the Namenode.
Please refer to HDFS-13596 for detailed description of the issue.
