Thanks for the contribution. +1, I will commit this shortly. I have also added
you to the committers list in the HDDS Jiras. You should be able to do all the
state changes of the Jira yourself.
Unfortunately, I don't know if we have testing runs on Windows for HDDS/Ozone.
So if you find any issues, please feel free to let us know.
