Description:
Leveraging -[HDFS-13408|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-13408]- to
randomize baseDir for MiniDFSCluster in the following test class can keep most
of them from failing on Windows after {{testPread}} times out after 30 seconds:
