Description:
Leveraging -[HDFS-13408|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-13408]- to
randomize baseDir for MiniDFSCluster in the following test class can keep some
of them from failing on Windows after {{testAppendWhileScanning}} errors out
with {color:#d04437}All datanodes
[DatanodeInfoWithStorage[127.0.0.1:56189,DS-9a496701-4007-4592-879c-1d364d4811aa,DISK]]
are bad. Aborting...{color} and does not release MiniDFSCluster base directory.
