[~owen.omalley] I think that's because the version in ORC is fairly old. I've
cleaned up a lot of stuff since then, mostly related to memory management but
also getting rid of extra stuff in headers, so the patch isn't going to be the
same. Want me to add a PR to update the libhdfs++ version in ORC?
