Thanks [~msingh] for the update. A few comments on the new patch:
PipelineSelector.java
Line 104: we will need to ensure the newly added pipelineLeaseManager is
shutdown properly in the SCM#shutdown path. Maybe add a shutdown method for
caller to shutdown the leasemanger thread.This applies to the
TestNode2PipelineMap.java class.
StandaloneManagerImpl.java
Line 99: NIT: throws IOException can be removed.
Jenkins unit test failures seem related.
