Thanks for revving Shweta. Looks good.
{{TestHDFSCLI}} is actually failing for me locally, specifically #275 {{mkdir:
Test create of directory with no parent and no -p fails}}. The test case is
validating the existing behavior, which isn't accurate. We should update the
test.
