Thanks for the review [~shashikant]. I have addressed all the comment in the v3
patch.
1) For comment 2, please note that statemachine data is appended for 2
commands, create container and write chunk. Hence the check is for write
commands.
2) I will raise a followup jira to add a test for this. Currently I have tested
this manually on a 3 node cluster.
