[~anu] - Based on initial testing, I found that only
ozone.scm.names is missing the 'REQUIRED' tag.
What is the default value for ozone.handler.type ?
Based on the value, we might have to add the 'REQUIRED' tag for this as well.
Let me know your thoughts.
